The Fenix HM65R V2.0 Niteray is a UK-exclusive rechargeable LED head torch that builds on the proven HM65R platform with increased performance and enhanced versatility. Featuring a dedicated Red Light mode, a combined Spotlight and Floodlight mode, plus an additional Work mode, it is well suited to professional users, emergency services and demanding outdoor adventures.

Three independently controlled LEDs provide four primary lighting modes to suit a wide range of applications. Spotlight mode delivers maximum beam distance for navigating trails and identifying distant objects, while Floodlight mode produces a broad, even beam for close-range tasks. Combined Spotlight and Floodlight mode offers maximum output when you need the highest level of visibility, and Work mode pairs the Eco Spotlight with the Mid Floodlight output to create balanced lighting for extended close-range work.

The dedicated Red Light mode provides five brightness levels together with a flashing mode, making it ideal for preserving night vision, map reading, wildlife observation, astronomy and other activities where bright white light would be unsuitable. It also offers a discreet lighting option around camp and provides an effective emergency signalling mode when required.

Dual top-mounted switches provide intuitive independent control of the Spotlight and Floodlight LEDs. Each light source remembers its last selected brightness level for quick access to your preferred output, while a double click of either switch provides instant access to Red Light mode. An electronic lockout mode helps prevent accidental activation during transport or storage.

The HM65R V2.0 Niteray is powered by the supplied Fenix ARB-L18-3400 rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery and recharges directly inside the head torch via the integrated USB-C charging port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours, 30 minutes, while four battery level indicators clearly display the remaining battery capacity and charging progress. The head torch can also operate using two CR123A lithium batteries.

Constructed from lightweight magnesium alloy, the HM65R V2.0 Niteray offers an excellent balance of strength and comfort. Rated to IP68 and impact resistant to 2 metres, it is built to perform in demanding environments. The updated SPORT headband features a one-handed rotary adjustment system for a secure fit, while an integrated emergency whistle provides an additional safety feature for outdoor adventures.
