SHIMANO BIOCRAFT XT 7/8 FLY REEL
The Biocraft XT fly reel is based upon one of the most highly respected fly fishing reels of the last decade - the Ultegra fly.One major improvement of the Biocraft over its predecessor, however, is in the spool. Whilst the traditional design of the spool has remained, it is now cold-forged, rather than die-cast. The result is a spool that retains the same strength as the Ultegra, but is lighter. The spool is also anodised, making the reel suitable for both freshwater and saltwater applications.
